Long story short:   I think that she looks ugly on my glorious PanShovel but would sure look good on the right application for sure, and even be pretty.   40mm bore, looks to be in really good shape.   Was told it was ready to rock and roll by a trustworthy buddy. 
 
As is as shown in photo, (No engine) just the carb.   I do not have the air cleaner but they are readily available.
